The building is constructed in an agricutlural area close to the Pirgos-Patras highway and serves as the packaging facility for vegetables and fruits that are later exported.

    Apart from the main area for transportation trucks and the mechanical infrastructure, there is also an office area that it is placed in both the ground and the first floor.

   Along the main entrance as well as the long axis of the building, there is a large steel roof structure.
