The design team faced the challenge to design and realize a pavilion that would welcome the visitors to Ancient Olympia and at the same moment to promote the area's agricultural products, such as wine, olive oil etc.

   Apart from an exhibition area, there had to be also a tasting area for these products, as well as a storage space. The pavilion was installed on the outdoor space of the municipal building of Ancient Olympia, which sits on a strategic position, on the main commercial road of the city, right before the entrance of the archaeological site.
