This square acts as a main meeting point as well as a passing point because it finds itself connecting public buildings, retail etc, surrounded by busy streets with bus stops.

   The design re-established the position and use of elements that are already found in the square, such as the water fountain and the monument, by incoprorating them into the overall design, created by the most popular waling paths on this urban void.
